Saturday was jam packed with work for me, Juddy & Jarrod. The guys were gracious enough to be my help for the day and I could NOT have done it without them. What I love so much is they treat each event with the same care and attention to detail that I do. Seriously, if I was hit by a car, the show would go on because of them. Thank you both for everything you bring to the table and all you do to help make me successful!
On Sunday we slept in a little and skipped our normal 10:30 service. I was feeling really crummy and had a load of plants to return to Lowe's and lots of tupperware full of supplies to unload. After the work was done and a short rest, we decided to break out the yard toys so we could all enjoy a few hours with Reese. When she got up from her nap she was greeted with a new swim suit, a flower sprinkler (her first time), and we pulled out all of her backyard toys to boot! You should have heard the soft, slow "woooow" that escaped from her mouth as she looked out the window to see "heaven" in her backyard! It was priceless.
She cautiously made her way down the steps and around the sprinkler. She wasn't so sure at first. As she slowly approached the twirling, frigid water, she finally gave in. Wowsa - it was cold! We started clapping and she did too. From then on, she was game and had a ball! She went from the sprinkler to the slide when she realized having a wet patookas made her go faster down the slide. Unfortunately she got a little too ambitious and that was the end of her afternoon escapades!
