Waffles

I know I often talk about our weekend waffles - this is a tradition started by my mom and carried on in our household. Of course our waffles include mix in's such as M&M's, chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces Cups, Oreos, etc. The good stuff!

One thing that makes waffles so special is our Pie. She is a big helper when it comes to "waaafffaaal" - in Reese's own word. No one else is usually up when we make the batter so it's a moment that Pie and I share every week. This weekend Unlce Jarrod, aka "duuuuuude", was up bright and early. He was kind enough to take a few pictures for me.

I know this is not the most exciting post but it's such a wonderful part of my week - my moment with Pie! I mean how often does one get to sit on the floor and make waffles with such a cute little girl?!
