"Christmas Day"

We celebrated Christmas with Reese & Jarrod on the morning of the 21st just before jumping on a plane to head to FL for a week! Mamarazzi was supposed to make homemade waffles but she was pooped after a late night event the night before. We opted for a quick trip to DD for doughnuts and coffee. Yummy!

As we distributed presents into piles we quickly noticed Christmas is no longer about us and it's all about Reese. It's way more fun that way! However, Santa was very good to me and I must make note that I have the best Santa of all. He is super duper with surprises and I must have been very good this year. I came home after a very long but fabulous event to find a new dresser and night stands in our bedroom. For those of you who don't know our bedroom suite is really good looking; however, we've only had the bed since 2004. I guess Santa decided if he didn't get the other pieces soon, they would be discontinued. Thank you Santa!

Reese still isn't into unwrapping but she's getting there. Her favorite part of Christmas morning was the bows. She loved them! And she enjoyed the boxes. She was given some very cool books, puzzles, a hat, ultra soft blankie & lamb, Gator swim suit, bouncing Tigger and the list goes on. I think her favorite part of all the madness was time spent with cousins, family & friends. She had a blast playing with kids her age and enjoyed getting endless snuggles, hugs & kisses. Can you say spoiled?

Here are a few pictures of our Christmas morning. More to come from our trip to FL...

Reese thought she would share her bows - Bentley isn't bothered

Both bows started out on Louie's head and then he rolled over. Totally inapropro!
